At Familia Heat & Air, we believe that small acts of kindness can make a big impact. That’s why we created Kindness in the Air, a humble initiative that gives back to our community in meaningful ways.
How it works
Each month one of our team members chooses someone to receive a simple act of kindness. It might be a donated service, a useful item, or help in another form. Sometimes it’s a customer. Sometimes it’s a local organization. But it always comes from the heart.
There are no nominations, no applications, and no strings attached.
How Recipients Are Selected
Recipients are selected by our technicians, and they love paying it forward. While we may occasionally share a story or spotlight to show how your support fuels our efforts, we always protect the privacy of recipients unless they ask to be recognized.

Kindness in the Air Spotlight
Recently, our team donated commercial HVAC tune-ups to the Cavett Kids Foundation, a local nonprofit that provides unforgettable experiences for children with life-threatening and chronic illnesses. They’re doing incredible work for families across Oklahoma, and we were honored to help keep their space safe, cool, and comfortable.
